With the last week of July quickly approaching, we had a rather exciting week of Android news again this past week. As usual we unboxed a few new devices, received tons of juicy news on upcoming phones, and Google even rolled out their brand new Google Fiber Internet and TV service in Kansas City. Here at Android Community we wanted to take a quick break from grilling burgers and beer brats this afternoon to wish our American readers a Happy Independence Day! We hope you enjoy the 4th and are able to spend some time with friends and family, and enjoy some tasty food.

Android Community Weekly: May 27th, 2012

Another week of happenings for the best mobile platform around has come with some surprisingly good news. Courts have cleared Google of all wrongdoing in the long-awaited end to Oracle's patent trial, and HTC's EVO 4G LTE has been cleared through customs and away from the litigious hands of Apple's patents. Shipments are arriving to pre-orders now, with a little something extra. That's the best news you'll hear all week.

If you're a regular Android Community reader, you've no doubt spotted out little device specification boxes beneath most stories. That's Device.AC, our database of Android devices. Device.AC has a new look, updated to reflect the changes on the main site a few weeks ago. We've also introduced a few new features, so we figured we'd show them off in the video below.
