C Spire Wireless launched the Galaxy S 4 back in July. The handset arrived with Android 4.2.2 and while an update to 4.3 was expected in time, the specific timeframe remained a mystery. But, it looks like the update has begun rolling out over-the-air. Otherwise, given Samsung had previously detailed the update, there wasn't much in the way of surprise.
