Pocket update adds new languages, Immersive Mode, more

The Pocket app has recently been updated. This latest update can already be found in the Play Store and it brings a few key additions. One of those should be especially welcomed by those with a device running Android 4.4. Kit Kat. Pocket now supports Immersive Mode, which means those using Kit Kat will be able to read in fullscreen mode and with less distraction.

NVIDIA SHIELD April update now available for download

The latest update has arrived for the NVIDIA SHIELD. This one is listed as being SHIELD Software Update 72 and it will measure in at a bit more than 460MB in size. Specifically, at 464.4MB. More important though is what the update is bringing. This time around users can expect quite a bit dealing with GameStream to include remote streaming and notebook support.

AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Kit Kat update arriving from today

AT&T has announced the latest Kit Kat update. This time around Galaxy Note 3 users will be getting Android 4.4 and in a bit of good news -- the update is set to begin today, March 27th. These updates tend to rollout in stages, which means you may, or may not be seeing a notification just yet.

AT&T One Mini Android 4.4.2 rollout begins

Kit Kat is coming for the AT&T branded HTC One Mini. The update, which begins as of today, is arriving as a 658MB file that can be downloaded only using a WiFi connection. Perhaps more important though, AT&T One Mini users will be getting Android 4.4.2 along with Sense 5.5.

The latest update for the NVIDIA SHIELD has been detailed. This update isn't scheduled to arrive until early April, but it is one that should have SHIELD users looking forward to seeing arrive. NVIDIA has said this update will bring the system to Android 4.4.2. While Kit Kat sounds nice, there is so much more involved here including key updates for Gamepad Mapper, TegraZone, and GameStream.

Android build KTU65 discovered in bug report

It seems that a new build of Android has been discovered in the Chromium bug tracker. The build had been initially sitting in a restricted view mode, which left it open only for Google employees. That labeling has since been removed, and the folks over at Myce began doing a bit of digging.
