We’re all aware of the existence of the LG LU2300, aka the Aloha when it comes to the US. LG has released another Snapdragon powered Android device in Korea, the LG KU9500/SU950. These handsets have a few things in common but unlike the 2300 the 9500 is an all touch screen device.

CallTrack Lists All Calls On Your Google Calendar

For all you people that love to be organized, this is a great app for you. This app will log every call you get or you can select a particular number to log. It’s a very lightweight app and when you open it, all there’s only a few options to choose from. So if you like bells and whistles, this may not be for you. But if you’re like me and want to get right to the point, then you’re going to love this. It’s a free app but it’s only available to Android 2.0.1 and up devices.

Verizon begins Android 2.1 update rollout for Motorola Droid

The on again off again saga that is the Droid 2.1 update is on again, hopefully. Engadget has gotten their hands on an internal memo that that outlines the OTA update for the Droid. At noon today, which has come and gone, 1000 Droid users should receive the update and by midnight there should be 9000 more.  And by Thursday, almost all Droid’s should receive the OTA. Judging by how this was handled so far, I wouldn’t get my hopes up too high. The full memo is after the break.

Round 2: MyTouch Fender LE

When this phone finally made its way into the market, it quickly sold-out within three weeks of its launch date. The wait for the second batch to arrive seems like an eternity for those of us that want one. Well, that way may be over very soon.

“Life Smart” UI On The Galaxy S – Video

The Galaxy S by Samsung has been overshadowed by the announcement of the HTC EVO 4G by Sprint. Since then Samsung has released their presentation from this year’s CTIA. Also, they folks at androidcentral were lucky enough to get some hands on time with this beautiful yet powerful handset.

SlashGear Reviews The X10

Another Android best has been handled by our friends from Slashgear. Earlier today they brought us one of the first unboxing of the highly anticipated HTC Desire. This time around, they are one of the first to review of the equally anticipated Sony Xperia X10. We’ve known, and wanted, this phone since around last October. Since then there has been multiple powerful Android handsets announced for release this year. So is it too little to for Sony or will this be their knight in shining armor.
