Samsung Officially Announces Galaxy Tab 8.9, and Galaxy Players coming in October

Samsung has just announced full pricing and retail availability for three new Android devices today. Those being the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 as well as the Galaxy Player 5.0 and 4.0 media devices. We've seen plenty of these over the past few weeks as well as full Tab 8.9 pre-order information. Today we have full details and the Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be available starting October 2nd.

Samsung Galaxy S 4G and Infuse 4G Gingerbread Leak Available

For those lucky among you who own a Galaxy S 4G or an Infuse 4G, a Gingerbread, 2.3.5 ROM has been released for your downloading pleasure. While this isn't necessarily an official update by any means, it does suggest that an official update may come in the near future. But for those of you with one of these rooted beauties, the wait is no longer over.

Xiaomi is the manufacturer behind the Xiaomi MI-One dubbed the MIUI Phone. They are the guys behind the 1.5 Ghz dual-core phone that will be shipping with the 3rd party custom MIUI Rom stock. The device looks great and I'm sure many were wondering if we'd see a stock version -- today the answer is yes.

Motorola Atrix 2 leaks again, more details and pictures revealed

Internally known as the Motorola Edison we now have even more pictures today of the upcoming Motorola Atrix 2. The next version of the Atrix was first leaked way back in July and was being called the Atrix HD so we are still up in the air regarding the actual name. With a few design changes and a new placement for the AT&T logo this looks to possibly be the final version we should see hit the shelves soon. More details and pictures after the break.

LG Optimus 3D Shown with CyanogenMod 7 Looking Good [Video]

Today we have a video teasing some beautiful CyanogenMod 7 running on the LG Optimus 3D (aka LG Thrill 4G). It might not be available for the AT&T version right away but most likely both will have CM7 builds very shortly. We knew CM7 was coming to the 3D powered phone but now we have a video showing its speed.

Samsung Nexus S 4G Android 2.3.5 Update Starting July 25th

After initial reports suggested the Samsung Nexus S 4G might soon be getting updated to Android 2.3.5 it appears that it indeed will see the update starting next week. Starting Monday, July 25th, the Samsung Nexus S 4G OTA rollout to Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread will get under way. It will bring many changes and improvements to the WiMAX sporting device.

Recently we have been reporting that the Google Nexus S will soon receive an OTA update. Apparently the build will be version GRJ90 and new bits of information are claiming that the Nexus S may in fact be upgraded to Android 2.3.5 as well. Some of the features include NFC Support, 4G widgets, and bug fixes.
