Advent Vega Tegra Note 7

NVIDIA announced the Tegra Note tablet platform back in September of last year. As the 'platform' portion suggests, this is more of a reference, and since then we have seen models from Advent and EVGA, amongst others. The initial release had the Tegra Note tablet powered by Tegra 4, however it looks like an upgrade is currently in the works.

Tegra Note 7 update brings Android 4.3, Always-On HDR, more

NVIDIA has begun pushing the latest update for the Tegra Note 7 tablet. This particular update is coming from NVIDIA, however it is heading to all of the different branded models. According to NVIDIA, those with a Tegra Note 7 from EVGA, ADVENT, Gigabyte, Shenzhen Homecare Technology, ZOTAC and XOLO should be on the lookout for the update notification. That said, this update brings Android 4.3 along with stylus improvements and Always-On HDR (AOHDR).

ADVENT Vega Tegra Note 7 unveiled with Tegra 4 and 7″ display

ADVENT has unveiled the Vega Tegra Note 7 this morning, which as the name would suggest, this is a 7-inch tablet powered by an NVIDIA Tegra processor. For now it looks like the release is limited to those in the UK and by way of retailers to include Currys and PC World. Availability aside, the Vega Tegra Note 7 will be sporting a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 (215 ppi) and arrive powered by an NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor.
