T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Family plan has 10GB data offer

T-Mobile CEO John Legere really doesn’t pull any punches when calling out his competitors’ claims to offer the “Best Ever Pricing” when it comes to offering family plans to their consumers. What he is boasting about though is that his company is the only one among the carriers that can really back up this claim, particularly with their new Simple Choice program that gives four lines 10GB worth of data connection on an LTE network.

T-Mobile offers installment plans for smartphone accessories

FTC accuses T-Mobile of billing unwanted charges on customers

The Federal Trade Commission has filed an official complaint against mobile carrier T-Mobile over the unwanted placing of extra charges on several subscribers’ bills. They are accusing the telco giant of profiting in millions of dollars by not removing these extra charges which the customers were not aware they were subscribed to. T-Mobile denies the charges and have responded strongly against the complaint.

T-Mobile now accepting pre-orders for LG G3

Carrier T-Mobile will be selling the flagship LG G3 in their retail stores starting July 16, but customers who want to get their hands on this newest smartphone can reserve their units ahead of the launch. As of today, subscribers can already apply for pre-orders for the much-awaited phone, which will be shipped starting July 15.

T-Mobile won’t charge users for speedtests

If you've been worried that running Ookla's network testing app or any other similar app would run you afoul of your monthly data cap, worry no longer. At least, if you're a T-Mobile subscriber. The carrier has come out to confirm that data transmitted via network speed tests won't count towards a user's regular data usage.
