T-Mobile to start selling LG G4 by May 27

Starting May 27, those looking for a brand new smartphone (that isn't a fruit or a Samsung) may very well consider LG's new flagship, the G4, as it will now be available on T-Mobile. The "un-carrier" will start selling the new smartphone on their network and start shipping it by June 3, making you (if you do decide to get one) one of the first to own the device, at least in North America.

T-Mobile updates Galaxy Tab S to Lollipop, coming soon on Xperia Z3, Z1s

Yeah, you're probably tired of hearing that Android 5.0 Lollipop is coming to this and this gadget or will not be released to so and so device. But until all those waiting for the updates to their device are fully satisfied, then the news and updates have to keep on coming. Today, it's the turn of T-Mobile subscribers. Samsung Galaxy Tab S owners will finally be happy, while Sony Xperia Z3 and Z1s users will have to wait a little more.

T-Mobile reportedly giving $100 if you buy Samsung phone and tablet

If you're looking to buy both a high-end Samsung smartphone and a tablet, and you're looking at getting a sort of rebate for the two, then T-Mobile might be the carrier you're looking for. A leaked communication to their staff reportedly said that they will be offering a $100 prepaid Mastercard for all customers who will be buying both a smartphone and a tablet together, although not necessarily at the same time.

Root access gained for T-Mobile Xperia Z3, Verizon Xperia Z3v

We’ve talked about Sony’s locked bootloaders recently, and we feel the consumers who can totally relate with that are Sony Xperia device users in the United States. It doesn’t matter what carrier you get it from, it will most likely have a locked bootloader, because life just sucks like that. We kid, of course – it’s just more difficult for US Xperia users, that is a fact. But there just might be good news at the jump.

T-Mobile targets Verizon subscribers in new campaign

Expect to see and hear T-Mobile become more aggressive in marketing and in luring new customers as it is now focusing its attention on Verizon. This is after targeting AT&T the past couple of years and the mobile carrier is more than ready to take on the Big Red. These three major carriers are already on top but looks like the competition will even be tighter.

Guest Mode coming to Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 edge with Android 5.1 update

One of the newest things that the Android 5.0 Lollipop brought to devices on this platform is the guest mode feature, which essentially allows each Android smartphone or tablet to have multiple users on just one gadget. However, Samsung chose not to have this function on their devices, for some reason. But now, it looks like their newest flagships, the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will be getting this feature once they have been upgraded to Android 5.1.1 which should be coming really soon.

Project Fi app now out on Play Store, but sorry, you can’t get it

What better way to celebrate and present your latest project than by introducing an app? Google wasted no time in launching the Project Fi app for Android with the aim of providing new subscribers a better wireless experience. The wireless service which we've been anticipating since last year was finally launched last week. Most of the leaked information, including the name of the project, turned out to be true. What we didn't expect though was the fact that it's an invite-only service, at least, for now.

LG G4 from T-Mobile confirmed, get a chance to win one

LG has finally unveiled the G4, its latest flagship, and I'm pretty sure that by now, you've seen a lot of images or have probably got your own hands on the unit. We were able to preview the LG G4 yesterday and we're impressed with the luxurious high-quality leather and its pro camera. Now, most of you are wondering when this smartphone will reach the US shores and T-Mobile is proud to announce that the device will be added to its spring lineup.

ZTE ZMAX phablet now back on T-Mobile Website

Aside from the news that that Galaxy Note 4 getting a taste of Android 5.0.1 Lollipop, T-Mobile is also relisting the ZTE ZMAX. This was actually soon after the Sony Xperia Z3 was also relisted on the website after being absent from the lineup for some time. This is good news for those who want a ZTE ZMAX and want to get the Android tablet only from T-Mobile. It wasn't actually a long absence but the ten days of possible sales is already a loss for both companies.
