Apple and Samsung delivered their verdict, and as many of you already know, things didn't work out so well for ol' Sammy. Now that the trial is over, Samsung and Apple have the opportunity to file post-trial motions. Obviously, Apple wants a number of Samsung devices banned from sale following the jury's verdict, and today it delivered a list of 8 devices its looking to secure a ban on.

Samsung DROID Charge but quickly stopped and pulled the update. Today however it appears to have the green light again from Samsung and Verizon, because Verizon has just confirmed it's on the way. Head down past the break for more details and support documents.

Samsung DROID Charge. The last update back near the end of 2011 brought Gingerbread and while we still wait for Ice Cream Sandwich on the Charge the update does bring some new UI tweaks, as well as a Verizon remote diagnostic tool and more. All the details are in the documents below.

Samsung DROID Charge with Verizon 4G LTE will finally be getting the update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The bad news being it's one of the last Samsung devices to finally receive an official update for Gingerbread. We have a feeling 4G LTE and Verizon might of had a little to do with that but either way it's finally here and should hit devices soon.
hinted that on November 17, Android 4.0 source code would likely hit the net. Fortunately, they were wrong again - as Google leaked it to the public later that same day!
leaked a few days ago is now live and available to download for all if you dare. This is an official leaked build of 2.3 Gingerbread for the Droid Charge and from what we are seeing everything works great, but there is reports of HDMI-out not working in this build.
Samsung Droid Charge for the low price of $129 with a NEW 2-year contract (ignore that $669 value listed). Only problem is this is for new customers only and this great price will not be offered for those upgrading but only to new subscribers but its newsworthy that is for sure.
