Yesterday Samsung's popular Galaxy Note II finally arrived at Verizon stores nationwide and online so today we've decided to compare it to the impressive HTC DROID DNA. Today the Samsung Galaxy Note II from Verizon is arriving for multiple people across the states who pre-ordered this awesome 5.5-inch flagship smartphone. While enjoying it over the past few days we've noticed a few different keyboard options. Out of the box Verizon and Samsung have the usual Samsung keyboard, but then we noticed a few more. It appears both Swype, and the unreleased SwiftKey Flow are both also pre-installed for your choice.

What you may not have known is how some creative artists are using the giant phone to create some really interesting art with water. Artists and designers at Steak Studio have used the phone and its built-in S-Pen to create a pool of water that pushes waves wirelessly, showing all types of designs in the water.

Samsung projected to ship 61.5 million smartphones in Q4

The next few months will be big for a lot of companies, with Black Friday kicking off the holiday shopping season today. A lot of companies stand to make a lot of money from customers ready to hand over their cash, and it looks like Samsung will be one of these businesses benefiting from the holiday rush. A new projection from UBS pegs the Android manufacturer with a potential 61.5 million smartphone shipments during Q4.

Samsung planning three new colors for Galaxy S III Mini, Note II

Samsung loves its variants, as evidenced by the fact that it has a total of six different colors available for the Galaxy S III. The Galaxy S III isn't the only phone getting love though, as it appears that Samsung is gearing up to launch new colors for the Note II and the Galaxy S III Mini. Spotted by SamMobile, both phones should be getting three new colors soon, with Samsung set to show them all off at MWC 2013.
