ASUS' smartphone/tablet hybrid will soon be ready for the US market if this latest appearance is any indication. The rather odd PadFone X was just spotted at the FCC, hinting to its nearing arrival on AT&T's catalog.
HTC has been doing a fair bit of teasing ahead of the March 25th announcement event for the HTC One (M8). We've been seeing those teasers in video form, however yesterday there was also a bit about the livestream. Yes, HTC will be live streaming the announcement. We haven't heard much from the carriers just yet, but it looks like AT&T is beginning to make it known they will be offering the device.
Details were originally announced yesterday, and as expected, both AT&T and US Cellular will begin accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S5. Details on the AT&T pre-order page now point towards a shipping date of April 8th. As mentioned yesterday, US Cellular has said the Galaxy S5 will be available in-store on April 11th.
Along with news of the Galaxy S5 pre-orders, AT&T also offered some details on the Samsung wearables. These include the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit. AT&T has offered pricing details for each of these, and just like the Galaxy S5, will have the wearables available for pre-order beginning tomorrow.
AT&T is the first of the US carriers to come forward with some Galaxy S5 release details. And nicely, it looks like pre-orders will be opening very soon. In fact, those looking to purchase an AT&T branded Galaxy S5 will be able to do so as early as tomorrow, March 21st.

Although the actual official firmware hasn't been sighted yet, the appearance of the release notes for the update inspires confidence that it will come anytime soon.
Latency is one of those under-the-radar tech terms that is largely forgotten. T-Mobile, however, hasn’t forgotten about it — they’ve got the best latency figures, according to Open Signal. The Uncarrier has some of the fastest latency figures when compared to the other three major network providers, blowing one out of the water.
