New ZenPad tablets from ASUS announced

If you’re looking at a new refresh from ASUS of their tablet devices, well, you’ve got it. Three new tablets of the outfit’s ZenPad product line were announced at Computex in Taiwan today, and it hits just the right niches for ASUS to be represented in a wider market range. The products are the ZenPad 7.0, the ZenPad 8.0, and the ZenPad S 8.0.

Some have become famous because of it. Some have gained notoriety because of it. Some have turned it into an art. Some have used it for advocacies. Some have even risked life and limb to take one. Yes, the selfie is still here and looks like it wants to stay. No matter how you feel about them, you can't deny the fact that it's already part of our social zeitgeist (and even our dictionary). Asus will reportedly be releasing a new smartphone that will help fuel it even more.

Early press renders of new Asus ZenPad show 4:3 tablet

The Computex event is still a week away, but one of the expected new product to be launched is a new range of ASUS ZenPad tablets, and this time it will be powered by Intel. Some leaked press renders of the new devices show that indeed it has a 4:3 aspect ratio screen, following in the footsteps that other brands like Apple, Samsung, and Acer have been doing. The images also show us some new things which we can look forward to when it's officially announced next week.

ASUS to announce new ZenPad tablet series at Computex

Here in the US, we're waiting for May 18 to happen for the ZenFone 2 to be officially introduced. We've got an invite and we can't wait to finally get our hands on the new smartphone. Although we're not expecting another device to be announced the same day, we've got information that ASUS is going to introduce a new line of Android-powered tablets. This is different from the FonePad and PadFone series and is believed to be called as the ZenPad.

Remote Link now available for non-ASUS devices

It used to be that our phones' only function was to send messages and make calls. But now, they have become so much more than that. They've become our personal digital assistant, our link to the world, our official camera, heck, even our friend. And there are lots of apps out there that give them additional functions. ASUS' Remote Link is one of those, and the newest update to the app means it can now apply even to non-ASUS devices.

ASUS ZenFone 2 to be unveiled in the US this May 18

The ASUS ZenFone 2 has yet to arrive in the United States but we're no longer clueless as phone is set to arrive in the country this coming May 18. AT&T will be offering the latest ASUS flagship smartphone still bearing an Intel chipset. The ZenFone 2 will continue to impress with a 5.5-inch display screen, 13 megapixel camera, 2GB of RAM, and a 3000 mAh battery.
