AT&T has announced their latest 4G LTE network expansion. This one deals with select cities across six states and has arrived as a close follow-up to the previous expansion news. The six states for today include Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York and South Carolina.

T-Mobile has had their UNcarrier announcement this morning and as we have seen -- it included details on LTE devices and LTE coverage as well as plans and even a brief mention of the upcoming advertising campaign. The intent here is to focus on the Android devices with LTE support, but we will mention that the advertising campaign will be western themed.

T-Mobile confirms first seven 4G LTE markets across the US
Today the folks from T-Mobile just unleashed tons of details on their future. With new "UNcarrier" unlimited plans, no contracts, the iPhone 5, HTC One and of course their 4G LTE network. In case you haven't been following along the "No More Mr. Nice Guy (or girl)" campaign is long over and the black leather-clad Bad Girl Carly commercials are only going to continue. Today T-Mobile confirmed their first 7 cities with 4G LTE, and more than 200 million users can expect to have LTE in the next 6 months.

T-Mobile seems to have quite a bit going on at the moment, not the least of which is an event scheduled for a little later today. That event is said to be full of some big announcements, however it looks like we have already begun seeing some of them. For example, the LTE coverage has quietly been going live and we have seen those "UNcarrier" plans come available for individuals and family plans.

T-Mobile LTE quietly launches in eight cities
We had already known that T-Mobile was planning to launch their 4G LTE network this month, however it looks like they have quietly flipped the switch in select cities. What we have seen is all unofficial at the moment and is said to have come by way of OpenSignal. For those not familiar with the name, OpenSignal is a Wi-Fi and signal-finder app for Android that uses crowdsourced data.

AT&T has flipped the 4G LTE switch for several additional markets. This latest includes select cities in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Ohio and Tennessee. Some of this latest LTE announcement is for new coverage and some is simply expanding upon existing coverage. Beginning first with Alabama, this includes an expansion in and around Mobile.

T-Mobile is set to hold an event on March 26th in New York. T-Mobile will be making a lot of huge announcements at the events, many of which we have already heard about. We know that T-Mobile is planning on getting rid of phone subsidies, contracts, overages, and more. You can pay for your new smartphone in installments over the course of 25 months, and there will be more simplified plans for everyone.

T-Mobile to finally launch 4G LTE network this month
After delaying its 4G LTE network month after month, T-Mobile looks like it will finally be launching its network by the end of this month. It's the last carrier to launch its LTE network, with AT&T and Verizon being miles ahead of the company. However, while Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T may already have their LTE networks up and running, T-Mobile one-ups them all by having both its HSPA+ and 4G LTE network on one chip, meaning its devices will have superior battery life compared to the LTE devices on other networks.

T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II users are getting a plethora of good news today. First comes news that T-Mobile plans on launching its 4G LTE network this month, and now news that their Samsung Galaxy Note II will not only get their LTE switches turned on, but they will also be receiving an update to their Android OS as well, adding a bunch of new features as well as improvements to performance.

AT&T has announced the latest in terms of their 4G LTE network expansion. This of course, comes as a follow up to the report we recently mentioned which pegged the carrier as having the fastest LTE network speeds. Anyway, the expansion today deals with three states -- Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia.
