Verizon 4G LTE approaching 500 markets milestone

Today the team over at Verizon Wireless are back sharing more details about their exhaustive and competitive 4G LTE network rollout. Confirming that after a few new markets have launched with LTE today, their numbers have reached an all-time high and they are approaching another milestone. As of today Verizon 4G LTE is available in 497 markets across the US.

AT&T details the latest 4G LTE expansions

Coming just a few days after the previous expansion, AT&T has announced the latest for the 4G LTE network rollout. The last time around brought good news for those in select cities of Kansas, Missouri and Texas and as of today it looks like new and expanded coverage has arrived for those in seven states as well as in Puerto Rico.

AT&T 4G LTE coverage expands across ten states

We have seen plenty of 4G LTE expansion news coming from AT&T lately. We have seen several announcements this month alone and as of today we have word of expanded coverage across ten states. This latest LTE expansion includes coverage for those in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.

T-Mobile LTE rollout expected to continue next month

T-Mobile launched their LTE network back towards the end of March with coverage for seven markets. While seven markets is fairly small as compared to carriers such as Verizon Wireless and AT&T, T-Mobile had previously announced plans to have LTE available for 100 million users by mid-year and 200 million users by years end.

AT&T expands 4G LTE coverage across eight states

AT&T seems to be offering these 4G LTE expansion updates on a fairly regular basis these days. The most recent came back on April 18, however we have been seeing these types of expansion announcements several times a month lately. On that note, this latest touches on coverage across eight states including Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Virginia and West Virginia.

Rogers lights up 7 new 4G LTE markets

Carriers across the U.S. have been busy updating and improving their networks to 4G LTE speeds, but they aren't the only ones. We usually hear reports of Verizon, AT&T, and recently T-Mobile boasting their networks, but today's about Rogers up in Canada. They've recently confirmed 7 new locations will be getting the LTE treatment.
