Verizon sells more 700 Mhz spectrum to Clear Talk
Verizon has been pretty busy lately working on their 4G LTE spectrum. They've been doing a little of both, selling and buying up available spectrum as long as the FCC approves of the deal. AT&T spectrum transfer to T-Mobile approved by the FCC
Yesterday we reported that AT&T was currently looking to buy up spectum for their 4G LTE networks. Mainly to prepare for what was coming today, which was the FCC's approval to hand some of theirs over to T-Mobile. AT&T will be transferring some of their AWS spectrum to T-Mobile as part of the agreement from the failed merger earlier this year.

Verizon experiencing another network outage — can you hear me now? [Update]
This is starting to get a little bit ridiculous. Apparently Verizon Wireless is experiencing another network outage and this time around it seems to be pretty widespread. A few days after the Galaxy Nexus launched they had a similar outage that lasted for more than a few hours to say the least -- and this could be the same case.

Sony's first entries into the Honeycomb tablet market, the creatively-named Tablet S and Tablet P, are getting mobile broadband versions in their home market. On this side of the Pacific, the Tablet S is only available in a WiFi version, and the dual-screen tablet P is still a complete no-show.

T-Mobile to Consider Sale of Non-Core Assets, Partnerships with Other Carriers
A bigger company like T-Mobile isn't the sort of place you expect to have a rummage sale, is it? CEO Philipp Humm speaks on the matter, saying that in addition to considering the sale of some non-core assets in order to raise money to pay for future investments, they plan on also focusing on "churn rate" as a primary concern in the next few years. Churn rate is the rate at which customers move in and out of mobile providers like they were making butter out of milk... or is it milk out of butter?

Android the Up-coming Enterprise
Android-based handsets and tablets are here to stay. With Verizon's large-scale launch of its data-oriented high-speed LTE 4G network, in 38 mobile markets across the U.S, it's easy to see why Android is trying to take the wireless world by storm. Android OS and the handsets it runs on make it more appealing to both consumers and to enterprise managers. On the enterprise front, Verizon's Motorola Droid Pro is among the first Android devices to offer Cisco IPsec VPN connectivity.
