That fantastic source of leaked product information known as the FCC has givien its seal of approval to a new Android handset for T-Mobile. The handset in question is the Samsung Galaxy, otherwise known as the i7500.

The i7500 is expected to hit other carriers as well, including Verizon. The FCC approval doesn't point to what carrier will get the phone or when, it simply says that that device was approved. We already know most of the details of the phone including that it has a 3.2-inch touchscreen.

We don’t know all of the details though and other rumors for the handset include that it will feature a microSD card slot supporting 32GB cards. The battery is thought to be a 1500mAh unit and it has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
