If you are a UK resident and was disappointed when you first learned that Sony’s Xperia X Performance will not be available in that part of the world, then you might be glad to know that there might be hope. A local retailer has listed on their website the most expensive of the Xperia X devices will be available sometime this July and will even offer worldwide delivery, so even if you’re outside the UK, you may still be able to get hold of this smartphone if you really want it.

Clover Technology has listed the Xperia X Performance on its website, although it does not have any stocks right now. It has a mid-July release date according to their site and it will be available through select partners. It will be a factory unlocked handset and will be available in black only. It states it will be the official UK version of the device, although as of now, there isn’t any official UK version at all, at least from Sony.

The Xperia X Performance has a 5.0” Full HD resolution and is powered by a 64 bit quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. It has 3GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage that can be expanded to 200GB with a microSD card. It has 23MP main camera with predictive hybrid autofocus, which is one of its selling points. It also has fingerprint support, Hi-res audio support, and comes with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.

On the Clover Tech site, it has a price tag of £457.00 ($650) without VAT or £549.00 ($782) with tax. Let’s see if this will see the Xperia X Performance be available in even more markets, as it is probably the most high-end of the devices in the Xperia X line.
