This past week was a pretty good one if you're a Nexus S owner, but not so good if you've been trying to get your hands on the Google Nexus 7. Google began sending out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean updates to Nexus S phones on select carriers Friday night, but unfortunately earlier in the week the company announced that it was having some trouble keeping 16GB Nexus 7 tablets in stock. As a result, the 16GB Nexus 7s now have an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks when shipping from the Google Play Store, so unless you're okay with picking up an 8GB model instead, you might be left waiting for a Nexus 7.

If you've got an Android phone that's at least as powerful as the Nexus One/HTC Desire, and if you're reading this, odds are excellent that you do, you owe it to yourself to check out Wind-Up Knight. It's a classic sidescrolling platformer with up-to-date 3G graphics and a sense of humor to boot. It's a free download in the Android Market.

Acer Iconia Tab A100 7″ Honeycomb Tablet Spotted at Walmart, coming in at $349

We've had some wild adventures with the bigger brother of this Android 7" tablet, that slightly huger Android device by the name of Acer Iconia Tab A500, a 10" Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet. But what about this little monster? What about the littler of the two Androids in arms? Will it never be released due to what Acer says is incompatibility with Honeycomb? Nay says Walmart, we'll release it no matter what! We've got it on sale right this second, says they, and noone will stop us!

HTC EVO Shift 4G Shows Off Keyboard, Release Date Believed to be January 9th

While Sprint and HTC may be holding their cards close to their chest when it comes to the EVO Shift 4G, the smaller version of the already released EVO 4G, that's not stopping the device from finding some face time on the Internet. While we've already seen what the device will look like with a protective case on it, this time around we get to see how that four-row keyboard looks when it's open.

HTC Knight (aka EVO Shift 4G) pictured in accessory update

The HTC Knight - aka the HTC EVO Shift 4G or the HTC Speedy - has shown up online, courtesy of a batch of accessories for the smartphone. HTCPedia got a bountiful crop of shots in, showing the 3.7-inch WiMAX smartphone complete with HTC Sense. On the back there's a camera of unknown resolution, paired with a single LED flash. The handset is tipped to arrive on January 6 2011.

We have just received some interesting information about the rumored HTC Knight. We heard about this device a little while back, but only a possible release date and the code name "Knight." Well, HTC recently filed a trademark for the name "EVO Shift 4G ", which is apparently the rumored HTC Knight.

Mysterious New Phone to be Released by Sprint and Run Android: HTC Knight

A very mysterious phone indeed! A source reported to be on the inside has revealed an upcoming phone to be released by Sprint: the HTC Knight. It has a sliding screen, will be running some version of another of Android, and has a 3.7 inch screen, which just happens to be the same size as the Nexus One. The source also reported that the phone may be released in under two weeks from today.
