We were wondering why the Android 6.0 Marshmallow for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge rolled out in Poland after South Korea. The T-Mobile variant of the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge got the software update before it reaches the US but we're not really worried because that means the Marshmallow for Samsung's 2015 flagships is about to roll out.

A Customer Consultant Guide for Android OS 6.0 Marshmallow Galaxy S6/S6 Edge was published by SAMMOBILE. The document is a Powerpoint that details the new features, their functions, and some comparisons with old Android versions. Its main objective is to present the key differences in the look and functionality between Android 6.0-powered Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge and the older versions of the mobile OS.

We already know the major changes: more control on the runtime permissions, new Doze mode, App Standby mode, and better battery life. Also specified are dynamic audio and video rendering, MIDI protocol supporting, and management of audio device and searching for connected devices.

Samsung has meticulously showed the changes on the lock screen and interface, as well as, the new Edge screen functions. There are 25 slides in total. It's quite a long read but owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will find the information interesting and helpful.

We can easily share the PPT file here but there's a note that says "it is not supposed to be posted on the Internet in its entirety as a download item". Check out the gallery below or you may download the document directly from SAMMOBILE.
