The Samsung Galaxy Android smartphone has been well known for a while. Today a sibling to the device called the Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite has been spied in a retina burning green hue.
The handset has a 3.2MP camera with 1GB of internal storage compared to the normal Galaxy's 8GB of storage and 5MP camera. The slick AMOLED screen is left and a microSD card slot is offered. The production version will apparently lack the cool green battery cover of the device pictured here.
Odds are a much more mundane black or white will be offered, whatever the normal Galaxy uses since the two are the same physically. That 1GB of storage may not be much, but the microSD card slot will make up for that. If the Lite version is significantly cheaper, it should do well.
