This came out of nowhere. Samsung Mobile UK is giving out Samsung Galaxy S devices to people who have tweeted their iPhone 4 problem. We all know the issues with the iPhone 4 by now, and obviously Samsung wants to capitalize on this. What better way to do that, then to hand out their flagship device to all those unsatisfied with their Apple product?

All of this is happening via Samsung’s Twitter account (@samsungukmobile). They are also just holding a giveaway for anyone who wants to enter (no broken iPhone 4 necessary), and they’ve repeated a few times that they’re excited to be handing out these amazing devices. Now, with that in mind, coupled with the new advertisements (which is pictured above, by the way) for the Galaxy S appearing in some newspapers and other periodicals, it’s obvious Samsung is going what they can to paint Apple in a negative light.
