Another Galaxy C phone is about to be unleashed. It was recently sighted on an AnTutu benchmark and now, a new set of leaked images showed up online, giving us an idea about the new Galaxy C5. It’s another addition to the ‘Galaxy C’ series that also includes the C7 and the C3. The upcoming phone, the Galaxy C5, looks a lot like last year’s Galaxy S6 and the new Galaxy S7.

As you can see, there’s a 2.5D glass display, capacitive buttons, visible antenna bands at the back, protruding camera, and a two-tone dual LED flash among others.

Check out the images below:

So far, here are the information we’ve gathered: 5.2-inch FHD display, 1920 X 1280 resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 Octa Core processor, 4GB RAM, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The phone will be known as model number SM-C5000. We’re not sure if the Galaxy C will be the new mid-range offering since there’s also the Galaxy J and Galaxy A. Honestly, Samsung is beginning to confuse us with the difference in the naming and categories.

We have no doubts that the images here are for the Galaxy C5 phone. However, there’s still the Galaxy C3 and Galaxy C7 to consider. So this Galaxy C series, will this be a new mid-range, an upper mid-range, or a lower mid-range phone? The Galaxy J is said to be a budget to mid range while the other one will be for the upper mid-range.
