When we originally saw this report, we thought, just for a moment, that it was going to say the third quarter of 2011. Imagine our surprise, and relief, that it actually means this year. Which means that it’s in the coming months, folks — not a year. But, hearing about a Samsung-manufactured tablet isn’t exactly new news. In fact, it’s pretty old, especially if you look at the initial sightings of the Galaxy Tab.
And, sure enough, that’s exactly what Samsung is saying is coming out, without actually announcing any official details about it. Samsung revealed that their tablet would have a 7-inch display, and it would be running the Android mobile Operating System. Guess what? That’s exactly what the Galaxy Tab features. So, let’s just say that it’s a safe bet that we’re getting our hands on the Tab before October. That’s exciting, people!
