Here’s a rumor that we haven’t heard in awhile. The first time we heard of this device it was supposedly headed to Sprint to join the EVO as another Android based 4G phone. The latest rumors have this pegged to land on Verizon’s network.

MobileCrunch is making these claims on information they’ve received from a “well-informed” source. Conflipper, a well know ROM cooker, is the source of these latest rumors. We’re all aware of the existence of these chips, in fact they have started shipping already. This rumor is totally feasible and I would think there is a good chance that we will see a 1.5 Snapdragon powered handset in the next few months.
