When Pebble launched their new Kickstarter campaign, it seemed that their slimmest and chicest one, the Pebble Time Round was excluded from it, while all other models got an upgrade. But now, they have announced the availability of limited special Kickstarter editions which you can get by pledging to their crowd-funding campaign. You have 13 more days to go to avail of their special offer, and at this point, it’s not clear if these two models will be available for purchase through regular channels afterwards.

You can choose between a polished gold or silver finish for the “Special Edition” Round designs but both are still made from stainless steel. The Pebble Time Round is actually the “lightest, thinnest, and most stylish” among their various smartwatches/activity trackers. It still has the color e-paper display but this time with luxe accents, smoked numbering for that glossy feel, and an easily removable ebony genuine leather band. In case you’re bored with your current band, then you can swap it out with any 20mm band you may have.

As for what it can give you (aside from a fashionable watch), you still get to enjoy the standard Pebble features like activity tracking (through Pebble Health), notifications, apps, and voice activated commands as well. It also has always-on display, up to two days of battery life, plus more apps and custom faces that you can enjoy. It will be compatible with the upcoming Pebble 4.0 operating system.

You only need to pledge $199 to get one of the two available Pebble Time Round designs. You can also choose to pay $298 to get a Time Round as well as a Pebble 2. There are only 3,000 of them available, and if they are able to sell all of them through Kickstarter, we don’t know yet if it will be available through other, non-crowd funding channels. Delivery is expected by September 2016. You can check out other special offers on their official Pebble 2 Kickstarter page.
