Panasonic has just announced a slew of new Android 5.1-running smartphones in the form of the T45 4G, Eluga I2 with 4G LTE, and the Eluga L2. If you may remember, the company rolled out the Eluga Icon on Amazon India last week. It seems the Japanese electronics company has more mobile devices in store for us.
The Panasonic T45 4G features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display screen, 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 1GHz quad-core processor, dual SIM support, 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in memory, microSD card slot for expansion, 5MP rear-facing camera with LED Flash, VGA front-facing camera, and 1800 mAh battery. Of course, there’s the standard 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and 4G/LTE connectivity. Phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.
As for the Eluga I2 with 4G LTE, this comes equipped with a 5-inch IPS Oncell touch display, 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, 1GHz quad-core processor, 8GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, microSD slot, 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, 2MP front-facing camera also with LED flash, Dual SIM, and a 2000 mAh battery. Just like the T45 4G, this Eluga model also has 4G/LTE connectivity. Available in three color variants: Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold, and Metallic Grey.
The Panasonic Eluga L2 has the biggest battery among the three at 2500 mAh. It’s also bigger with a 5.5-inch qHD IPS display with 540 x 960 pixel resolution, 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in memory, microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, 2MP front-facing cam, Dual SIM, Bluetooth, WiFi, and 4G LTE. Device is ready in Midnight Black or Sand Gray.
All three smartphones are powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop so you don’t have to worry about having to upgrade to the latest version, unless of course, the next one will Android Marshmallow. Prices start at $107 (Rs. 6,990). The Eluga I2 is $127 (Rs.8,290)
