If you are the administrator of your company’s Office 365, you know that sometimes your work doesn’t stop when you step out of your physical office. That’s why when Microsoft introduced a mobile app dedicated for admins, it was a big help especially if you’re mobile and don’t have access to the desktop. The latest update is version 3, and it brings a visual redesign for the entire app, which should make your life even easier, or so they hope.

The “simple and intuitive design” of the Office 365 Admin app is supposedly even better now with the design update, which features a more modern look and UX as well. Despite the new look and the all new functionality brought about by version 3, they want to make sure that you won’t get confused. Features are now grouped together, with the similar ones categorized and displayed in just one card. There are also quick links on your dashboard to give you easy access to those items that you regularly use, like users, groups, billings.

The app also now highlights information that may be important for you or that you need to take action on. For example, blocked users will be highlighted, just in case you would need to unblock them or something. The update has also given the admin app and the admin center on your desktop the same design, like with colors and icons so that everything is aligned across all platforms.

The update has rolled out to Android users, so you may want to check out the Office 365 Admin app on Google Play Store so you can update it already.
