More good news from Nextbit. For those people who’ve been wanting to get the Robin but are in other parts of the world, you can now avail of the cloud-first smartphone anywhere you are located. The phone is listed at $299 on Nextbit.com and can be had for the same $299. If that’s not good news enough, hear this: standard shipping is free.

Aside from people in the United States and India, anyone can get their hands on the Nextbit Robin handset. There may be limits to shipping locations but at least we now know price has dropped to $299 from the previous $399 in other countries. Phone started shipping from Amazon last month but was actually widely available in the US since February.

If you’re still not convinced that this is one special phone, know that the Robin relies on the cloud for storage. The 32GB internal storage is actually enough for basic smartphone use but the free 100GB cloud storage will be more than useful. It’s the first cloud-first phone in the market that can store app data remotely in another server or location.

To review, the Nextbit Robin comes equipped with a 5.2-inch Full HD screen, 3GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chipset, 13MP main camera, 8MP front camera, 100GB cloud storage, 32GB onboard storage, and a 2680 mAh battery. The smartphone already runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. In India, the Nextbit Robin is exclusize on Flipkart but in the US, you can order from Amazon and from Nextbit.com.
