This makes sense since about 80% of usage on a device is on WiFi and Opera Max users have been requesting for such feature.

What Opera Max does is compress data like voice, photos, or videos saved on the phone. Doing this will save users up to 50% of free data, thus, speeding the slow connection. You know how it can be frustrating for the WiFi network slowing down especially in congested areas but Opera Max offers an ideal solution.
