Some new details are coming forward stating that many of the devices offered over at Big Red (aka Verizon) are out of stock, back-ordered and even hitting end of life and will not be sold from here on out. For end of lifers it appears the Droid 2 and Motorola Citrus are both soon being added to the EOL list along with a few other less important feature phones. We also see the Droid 3 is back-ordered and users might have a hard time finding it in stock for purchase.

Other reports are suggesting that along with the Droid 3 Verizon is also seeing a shortage of devices for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well as the Continuum. The Droid 3 may or may not be selling well, especially with the Bionic on the way so they might have just not ordered enough. The Galaxy Tab is the first 4G LTE tablet and is probably been pretty hard to keep on the shelves. Then we have that Samsung Continuum (who named it anyways), I’m surprised this isn’t on the EOL list already because I don’t think I’ve actually ever seen one in public, but that’s just me.

Both the Wifi Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well as the original 7″ are not completely out yet but they are seeing constraints on their inventory. If you’ve been eying either of those tablets you might want to hurry and buy one before they are all sold out.
