Moto Maker now available in China

Almost a year after Motorola launched the Moto Maker in Germany, the company has finally made available the web customization service in China. This is the second country outside of the United States to allow consumers to personalize their own Moto X online . This means more people, probably millions of them Chinese, can have smartphones that are unique, attractive, and one-of-a-kind from Motorola.

Earlier at the Lenovo Tech World event in Beijing, the company now owned by Lenovo, announced that the Moto Maker online design studio is available in the country where there are more smartphones than other place in the world. The Motorola group said customers can receive their orders in just a few days.

Using Moto Maker, you can personalize a Moto X phone's front color, back color, accent colors, wallpaper, and memory size. You can have your name or any message laser-etched at the back or choose among the many materials available like natural leather or FSC-certified wood. You are free to design your own Moto X that is designed with a sleek metal frame and a curved back. Moto X already runs Android 5.0 Lollipop when it gets delivered to you. Phone impresses with the enhanced voice and gesture controls.

It's easy to design a Moto X: just click, click, and click. Upon checkout, the website will tell you when is the expected delivery date. You can still change the design within 15 days. Aside from the Moto Maker, Motorola also started offering the Moto G and Moto X Pro in China via Motorola.com.cn.
