It’s already a “tradition” for LG that every Mobile World Congress, they introduce their brand new products, including their new flagship device. It looks like this year will be no exemption as the South Korean company has already sent out the invites for their press event, happening this February 21 in Barcelona. What is still a mystery though is which devices they will be unveiling, although we can make some guesses based on past history and the recent leaks and rumors.

The invite itself is simple enough. It just says “Play begins” and there’s a picture of an unopened Jack in the Box. It also says Barcelona, 14:00 (we assume local time), and the date February 21, 2016. Other than that, there are no more clues as to what will be announced or introduced. But for the last several years, it’s been when they announce their flagship device. Last year, it was the LG G4 that made its debut at MWC, so it maybe safe to assume that this year, it will be the rumored LG G5’s turn.

As for what other devices will be introduced, we can also assume that there will be some sort of wearable. Whether it’s going to be a 3rd gen LG Watch Urbane or something totally different, that remains to be seen. What we do know is that they have been pushing wearables this past few years, so expect to see one or two announcements concerning that segment.

We’ve heard some rumors about the LG G5 (if that’s going to be its name at all) and so we have a month or so to see if the leaked specs are anywhere near the truth.
