MWC 2016 is just around the corner and LG is set to go on full force with the announcements and demos of  new products. Aside from the LG G5, X cam, and X screen phones, the South Korean tech giant will launch a new pair of Bluetooth headset under the TONE series that promises superior audio quality without compromising style and function.

LG’s newest TONE Platinum Bluetooth headset is designed with the help of Harman Kardon–one of the top brands in premium audio equipment. The new pair is perfect for the audiophiles and professionals because of the sophisticated performance and Balanced Armature design. The latter is the sound module used that helps minimize distortions.

The headset looks stylish and sleek with its aluminum finish. It also features an ergonomic design so you can wear it comfortably even for hours, noise cancelling dual microphones for the new Voice Command feature, and aptX HD Audio Codec for full audio bandwidth. Even if sound is delivered through Bluetooth connectivity, quality isn’t compromised because latency is already reduced. The LG headset also works with the Tone & Talk app so you can use the Find Me and Voice Memo features.

This partnership between LG and Harman Kardon aims to bring premium sound quality over wireless Bluetooth connectivity. As a result, this TONE Platinum Bluetooth headset offers “class-leading audio quality and outstanding design” as described by Harman’s EVP and President for the Lifestyle Division Michael Mauser.

The pair will be ready for purchase next month in the United States. Latin America, Europe, and Asia will also receive the premium pair in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, no details on pricing yet but we’re certain LG will be showcasing the unit at the MWC next week.
