The highly anticipated new HTC flagship smartphone, the One M9 will finally be arriving on US shores this coming March 27 online and in-store on April 10. Aside from the specs and features of their new baby, HTC is also including UH OH Protection for every purchase of the device, which gives users a one-time free replacement in case it sustains any damage within the first 12 months after purchase.

The HTC One M9 boasts of high-end specs, running on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 810 octa-core processor and arriving with the latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop (okay, not the latest, but the almost latest). It boasts of a 20MP main camera and a 13MP front-facing camera with UltraPixel features that ensures great pictures under any lighting condition. The microSD card capacity has been increased to 2TB so as to help out your 32GB internal memory. It also features the updated HTC Sense 7 UI, which includes new themes and Sense Home which curates apps based on the time of day and where you are. HTC Boom Sound is also much improved, giving you a 5.1 channel Dolby Audio Surround* for your dual front-facing speakers.

The UH OH Protection feature that comes with the HTC One M9 will replace your device if it happens to be water-damaged or has a cracked screen within 12 months upon purchase, but you can only do it once. You can also replace it with a different carrier variant in case you want to switch carriers within that time. But in case you weren’t able to use it within 12 months, you’ll get $100 in credit in case you want to buy a new HTC One in the future. Not a bad deal right?

HTC One M9 with UH OH Protection will be carried by all the major carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon) as well as retailers Amazon, Best Buy, Best Buy Mobile, Costco Wholesale, and Target. It will be available online by March 27 and in retail stores by April 10. Pricing, colors, and availability varies per carrier, but you can buy an unlocked version through HTC online for $649. Shipping also depends on the carrier, but if you buy online by Friday, you’ll be able to get your device before April 10.
