One of the best features of Sense UI devices is the ability to turn it off and use Vanilla Android. For some reason there are a few newer Sense devices that don’t allow this. Luckily the EVO isn’t one of them, you can turn off Sense in the HTC EVO 4G.

This feature has been disabled in the Incredible from Verizon. Verizon for some odd reason choose to omit the stock home launcher completely so even if you try this method on the Incredible it will just reload Sense automatically. Some folks like the look of regular Android more than Sense, they will have the option to choose their UI on the EVO. I would use both versions, this device has a lot of flexibility.
