Honeycomb equipped Motorola MOTOPAD expected February/March 2011

Tablets and Honeycomb have been the talk of the net for quite some time now. While many details haven’t been uncovered, we are nearing the time where we see quite a few more leaks hitting the internet. We heard earlier this week that Google pans to use Motorola’s 7-inch MOTOPAD to launch the new OS next year, but now we may actually have a timeframe of release.

DigiTimes is claiming to have heard that a February or March launch may be the case when it comes to the MOTOPAD. This means that we would see honeycomb in just a few short months which would be perfect as we enter the tablet age.

They are also claiming that NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 chipset will be the power source for the tablet. We are fully expecting a lot of new tablets coming out of CES this year and as it gets more competitive expect really powerful products based on the new, hopefully awesome, Honeycomb.
