Google recently made a few important updates to the Calendar app for both iOS and Android. With over 30 new languages added, you can create events in your own language including smart suggestions for places, event titles, and people. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly see matching suggestions when you type a keyword on the calendar. It’s a new feature that makes searching and creating events faster than ever before.

Here is a complete list of the new languages supported by Google Calendar:

Google also added more country-based holiday calendars. There are 54 new calendars that can be viewed on the app. You can change the country to view the national holidays. Right on the Google Calendar app, go to Menu> SettingS> Holidays. Choose a new country and the particular holiday calendar will be displayed. With this update, you can view 143 calendars on the app.
