Remember I already know how to root, I just get confused at the radio and jfv.142 part.

there isn't much to it, if your already rooted download the radio update here and RC33 here and rename them to update.zip and copy it to your SD card (one at a time) and update just like it the tutorial. Sorry I'm being brief but I don't have time to write a lengthy tutorial right now. Hope this helps you out though.
