  1. Just saw your reply to my post 'all about g1' when I said I cancelled my preorder, sorry it tookm so long to reply. If you haven't gotten help by now, here's what I did- went to tmobile store, they gave me customer service number and I called right there while I was in the store. I spoke to a woman and told her id like to canel my order, get my 2 year ext contract back, and have the money credited back onto my credit card. I had the woman put 'notes' on my account of the transaction & there were no problems. I got it right there after I got off the phone, asif I had never pre ordered to begin with. Hope this helps!
