I always change the recovery name to recovery.img, easier to type then- su(press enter) flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img(press enter) reboot recovery(press enter)
Grant, Question for you...i flashed Clockwork last night. but its not the newest version. i have the new version img fild on my my sd but i cant remember the command line to flash it from Term Emu.

No, I've never seen that. Googled it too, no answer. Try and redownload and flash again and see what happens. If there is an alternative mirror for download try that.
