  3. ok ill look into that thnx bro.
one more question lol. ive seen a lot of different answers but i thought maybe u'd kno. are the going to release a g2? or are they releasing it under a different name such as the mytouch or hero or whatever. there seems to be a lot of confusion on the matter haha
  4. not really any better capabilities. and if funds arent an issue you could treat your self to the Hero.

i have had the phone for a little while and absolutely love it. it cant use american 3g bands but besides that its a much better experience then the g1 IMO.
  5. no problem lol
and as for the carrier i have tmobile and im gonna stick with them, there's not really a price range, and ordering online is no problem. i just ask because from what ive seen and heard , the mytouch is nothing special. its pretty much just the g1 but with "better" looks or whatever. so i was just wondering if any of them have better capabilities than the g1. thnx for your help
  6. sorry i didnt respond earlier. i have been out of town all weekend.

to answer your question it all depends on you. all the phones are great choices(since they run android) but it depends on a couple of things

    1.carrier
    2. price range
    3. preferred vendor

out of those 3 i would have to say the HTC Magic is the best. the magic and the mytouch are the same device except the mytouch has lower RAM.(which is why i suggested the magic.) the only problem with that is, is that the htc magic you would have to buy online and you would have to do alot more shopping around.(since you cant just walk into a tmo store and pick one up.) a little bonus if you get the magic is if your on ATT it will work with their 3g bands.(thats why i said carrier is important.) i havent seen that much about the galaxy(i know its out but im not even sure if its being sold unlocked) so it might be really difficult to get one online.

im sure you will make a good decision.
  7. Whats up Lazy. just gotta question for ya. I currently have the g1 with cupcake updated software. ive had this phone since the day it was available in my state (colorado) lol. the mytouch has recently been released and im kinda leery to upgrade so i did some research on upcoming android phones. asside from the g1, ive come across the mytouch, the samsung galaxy, and the htc magic. in your opinion which is the best of these? i am looking to stay with android software obviously, i do like the cupcake software, and im not too picky on looks. i am big into software cababilities also so if u could give me an idea on if i should stick with the g1 or upgrade that'd be great. thnx
