hi im a newbie to this modding thing, i believe that i finally got the cupcake rom going after rooting my phone, i have the JF Recovery thing with the soft reset, but im DESPERATLY trying to put the Hero Rom on, i can get it on there, but it just keeps restarting at the HERO logo. its driving me nuts.! Please help.
