download the audio zip with your computer , unzip them into your sd card . your phone will find them on the card

you download it to your sd card . use a file explorer , i use astro(free on the market) , to install it . find it , press on it , and it will install

when you download it , you have to install an apk file , like a market app .

the solution is usually as simple as wiping then re-updating . some themes dont work with some roms also , you have to check the compatability . anyways , you should update your rom . try cyanogens roms . here is the latest stable version ....
