Ok, so say we post it in the main forums under "social" and title it "Android Scavenger Hunt Week 1 (then 2, 3...)". Starting Tuesday at midnight EST, every week. I think maybe we ought to have 3 subjects since the membership here exploded since launch. Just to limit the bandwidth some but still keep it fun. Say you can only enter one time with up to all three pictures in one post. Too keep the amount of posts in the actul thread smaller. At the end of the week we can stick all the pictures on the first post for display (by quote). The following week there after will start the same way but include a poll with the entries from the week before, so people can vote on who did best. (have to see what the max number of poll options are). If the poll options are limited to only 10 like i think then, only the first 10 entries will get voted on the following week- like a final stage. So youll have to be quick! People can still enter that prior week even if not the first 10, but just wont get voted on... OR we can submit/vote in the entrie itself on the post.
I think we ought to have that in order to enter you have to 1. be a member of this group, 2. pictures should be uploaded via your computer to an album in your user albums named "Android scavenger hunt" and 3. the pictures should be named what the scavened subject is. 4. it has to be taken only with your phone.
Also, in the entries, you can toss out ideas for the following weeks subjects.
We can also do a side ongoing one, where say, you have to keep an album in your user albums named "group scavenge" and users in this group can toss out scavenger hunt subjects. For every one you have to get a picture of it following the above guidlines, we can check eachothers albums to see who has the whole set so far.
Let me know if thats good or if theres better ideas or what you think, i can start doing it next week and keep it managed as i'm always up late anyhow.
