Yep... it's pretty good compared to Windows Vista -- lower RAM requirement, snappier performance, and stuff all made the virtualization experience smoother.
nah, back in 98, KDE copied these craps from Windows 9x.
I don't think Windows 9x had big fat widgetized panels ;p
That's an IE component in the desktop. =p
Yup, and they got the idea of widgets from that simple HTML bar. Apple and Palm came up with similar small softwares they called Desktop Accessories too.
