May i ask if there are others in the NYC area? I have not been able to find mine via the UPS Reference # checking method and am a bit concerned. Initially, i thought that it has to do with TMobile shipping only to the western states first, since it appeared as though all the reports were western states-oriented. BUT, then there was one poster who posted that he found his in the UPS system and he's in Connecticut, which is just barely north of NYC.

I dont think UPS will hold packages and deliver on a certain day.

Agreed. They're more likely to deliver early than late, since they are not a warehouse. When they pick up the package is another story...

We all need to look for the "Delivery Estimate" to see when we will get it. My experience with UPS is that is rarely wrong. Some here DO have a delivery estimate of FRIDAY, October 17!

Guys i ordered mine on the 2nd of october and i have my tracking number so relax i highly doubt it is when you ordered it matters just give them some time i got mine at 4:23 AM so it going to take some time considering the amount of phones they have to process
