I am still waiting. It's now 4:15pm ET. And nothing. Getting a little nervous.

This is the last update. My girlfriend waited all day here in the apartment. I just came back from work. I called UPS and the guy told me that they don't know anything about who is the delivery person, truck number, or where he/she is.

Only thing he told me is that all drivers are required to make at least ONE attempt of delivery.

2 hours and 45 mins left, and then day is done.

I really hope I get this phone today.

It's like I have the worst freaking luck.

Me either Now World, Mine does say out for delivery today though, so I am excited!!! I'll post back once it gets here, I feel like a little kid on christmas

I just got my phone 30 minutes ago at Huntington Beach, Ca. Currently on Youtube watching some videos of Maria Ozawa!!! the phone's alot smaller htan I thought it would be.

be patient my friends! this phone is all that and a bag of chips so far!! I'm finding the trackball very useful! it helps w/ the precision clicks of some of hte more content heavy websites!

Mine went out for delivery this morning at 7:35 PST and I'm still waiting for it. All of last week, I could set my watch by the UPS truck (noon) and of course the day I'm supposed to get it, it's late.

Out for delivery at 3:25am and just got mine finally. I hate UPS and never use them anymore because of crap like this. I've been here all afternoon and decided o check on the tracking at 6pm. It said there was a failed delivery attempt at 5:23pm. I bold face lie. No one came near my door and I didn't have a door tag to prove it. I called and they sent him back out. Tmo needs to check into FedEx.
