My guess is they're all going to do this. Voice calls will probably move to being IP-based, eventually, and tiered data will replace the loss of that revenue.
Looks like Verizon is about to pull an AT&T and get rid of unlimited data plans in favor of tiered data plans. I think it's bsand might drive people away.

It's probably coming, but that article was lame. People aren't going to stop using data. We all love our smartphones, and we wont pause and say we can't when we get a video in a email. lol.
smartphones are the future of portable computing, and the carriers know it.
