I traded a phone with someone else for another phone..i sent my phone and the other person did not send theirs.. is there anything i can do to try to get the phone?? i have their address and phone number..am i able to sue them if they don't send the item?

You guys should have exchanged tracking info with each other before anything was done.
Me and Android are officially connected.
You might be able to take them to court if the info they gave was correct, not a friends house that you shipped it to etc.. A verbal agreement is definitely a legally binding agreement. Did you call them yet and see whats up? Also was it someone on here? or somewhere like Craigslist?

Call that person, email them, etc.. do everything you can to get in contact with them.. If that doesn't work call the persons local Police Department and give them his address, info on the deal, etc.. they should be able to help..
Oh, and next time make sure the guy your trading with has a good amount of feedback, and try to NEVER ship first.

I would also wonder, did the other person make any phone calls to you, maybe while you were setting the deal up, in which case there may be information that you can get from the phone company IMEA, SIM, etc. And if you have that, then maybe you can track the sucker down. Or maybe I've been watching too much CSI.
