Hey all,
My apologies in advance for asking a question that I'm sure has already been asked, but for whatever reason, the search function isn't working for me.
I ordered my G1 online for the second round of pre-order, and it's supposed to be at my house "as early as November 10th." I am an antsy kind of guy, and I'm wondering, if I get impatient and just go to the t-mobile store and pick one up, am I going to catch any flack from the folks at t-mobile? (edit) By that I mean, if I refuse delivery or mail back the preorder phone when I receive it.
The general consensus on this board seems to be that t-mobile has great customer service. Fortunately, it has not been necessary for me to deal with customer t-mobile's customer service yet, but I am assuming you are all correct. Anybody know if this will go over ok?
Thanks, and again, my apologies for the repost.

Ah, that search bar works just fine. Thanks!
I suggest you wait for your phone, Im pretty sure T-Mobile will charge you twice for the phone. Dont quote me on that. I've spoke to a t-mobile rep today and she said that, All G1's are on back order. So there is a chance that you might walk into a t-mobile store and they wont have a G1 for sale.![]()
I work at tmobile and did this for a customer today. All you have to do is reject the package when it comes and your all set.
You wont get double charged. They will refund your money...where do you live? my store just got more in today =)

I'm in Seattle. I swung into a store near my house this evening close to closing time, and they said they had plenty left. So hopefully that won't be an issue!
